I like to nibble on French fries. Now I have become a fan of these idli finger fries, after trying them out one day.
It is a great way to finish off the leftover idlis and have a crunchy snack item prepared in a jiffy.

You don’t require any seasoning for these idli fries. If required, you could have these with ketchup, otherwise just nibble on these and let me tell you they are addictive!
Ingredients
5 – 6 leftover idlis
Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
Cut the idlis into thin fingers.
Shallow fry them in hot oil till they turn golden brown on both sides.
Drain excess oil on paper towel.
Serve idli finger fries hot as it is or with ketchup
