Ingredients:
- 140 grams biscuit
- 80 milliliters heavy cream
- 100 grams chocolate sauce
- 40 grams chocolate sauce
- 40 grams strawberry jam
- Sprinkles Sauce
How to make Chocolate Biscuit Lava Cake recipe :
- Put biscuits into a ziplock bag and crush until find crumbs.
- Combine crushed biscuits with the chocolate sauce and mix until combined.
- Line a mold with plastic wrap. Press mixture onto the sides with your fingers.
- With the leftover crumbs, flatten and mold into a circle to fit the top.
- Pour strawberry jam and chocolate sauce inside, followed by heavy cream.
- Place the round piece of pressed biscuit on top and press the edges together to secure.
- Carefully invert onto a plate and remove the plastic wrap. Top with sprinkles and enjoy.
