How to make crispy Idli Fries
- Cut the idlis into thin fingers.
- Shallow fry them in hot oil till they turn golden brown on both sides.
- Drain excess oil on paper towel.
- Serve idli finger fries hot as it is or with ketchup
- Or Sprinkle some Chutney podi /Chutney pudi/gun powder serve idli finger fries hot.
