Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Onion chopped finely
  • 1 Green chilly chopped finely
  • 1/2 Tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
  • Oil for pan frying

How to prepare Vegetarian Omelette easy recipe food:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, add water and make it into a smooth dosa like batter.
  2. Heat a pan and make small omelettes. 
  3. Drizzle oil around the sides. 
  4. Cook for 1 to 2 mins on one side. 
  5. Flip over and cook.
  6. Serve hot
