Ingredient:
- 1 Cauliflower
- 2 Springs Curry leaves(chopped)
- 1 cup Coriander leaves(chopped)
- 1 Tbsp chilly paste
- ½ tsp peper powder
- ½ garam masala
- ½ ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Maida ( All puprrpose flour)
- 4 tbsp Corn starch
- Salt
- Oil
How to make Gobi 65 restaurant style:
- Take cauliflower florets blanch them in hot water for 1 minute.
- In a bowl add salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves, red chilly paste, pepper powder, all purpose flour, corn starch and mix well
- Make it a thick batter.
- Mix batter and cauliflower so that it has a nice coating of the batter.
- In a deep fry pan heat the oil and deep the batter coated gobi twice.
- Once slightly cooked take it out allow it cool and then fry again to completely cook so it will crispy.
- Then deep fry green chilly and curry leaves along with cauliflower
- Drain it on a paper towel and serve hot with sauce.
